Your contribution to TenneT

• Your main task as Business Management Advisor – Performance Measurement (m/f/d) in Grid Field Operations Offshore is to record, analyze and monitor the performance of the organization through the reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• This includes the creation of business reports containing adequate KPIs that have acceptance in the community and will provide transparency for decision making and steering within our Unit
• You work hand in hand with key internal and external stakeholders (examples include operational-executing departments, project management area, business guidance, business excellence), to gather data and agree on the performance measurement concept
• Using a continuous improvement approach, you make the data collection, and reporting process more efficient and accurate, making the reports and data available faster and more trustworthy

Stepping into your new role, you will complement our Portfolio Management Team and thus closely cooperate with our Business Management Advisors focussing on Business Planning, Business Improvement, and Process Management.

Your profile and background

• You hold an academic degree in a quantitative field or have similar qualifications
• You are familiar with setting up easy-to-read reports as well as developing dashboards
• Very advanced skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel (VBA), Access (VBA) and PowerPoint, you are comfortable with Python.
• Strong data visualization / business intelligence skills in e.g. Power BI, Tibco Spotfire or Tableau is beneficial
• You enjoy working in a cross-border team and are closely networked with your interfaces due to your strong communication skills. You are a genuine team player and you have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• You are able to work in a dynamic environment with changing demands and strict deadlines
• Fluency in business German and English, able to present eloquently to senior management. Dutch knowledge is a plus
• Experience in complex industrial contexts and knowledge of the offshore domain a plus

This will be our challenge

Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of TenneT is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.
