What Your Role Will Be

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as an Online Marketing Manager SEM (f/m/d), overseeing SEM campaigns for 18 international online shops, optimizing Google Shopping performance, etc. This position could be based in Leipzig or Berlin with a flexible hybrid policy.

What You´ll Do

• Responsible for the conception, operational management, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of SEM campaigns for our 18 international online shops for our D2C brand Spreadshirt.
• Increase our visibilities and performance in Google Shopping
• Take on advisory tasks for our B2B brand Teamshirts.
• Independently analyse and manage a high eight-figure budget according to agreed performance goals.
• Create reports and analyses and further expand our tracking.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating A/B tests.
• Carry out competitive analyses and keep a close eye on our competition.

What You´ll Bring

• Relevant professional experience in planning and implementing SEA campaigns.
• E-commerce experience and familiarity with product feed management.
• Confident in using common SEM tools and technologies (web analysis and tracking, bid management, feed management, Google Ads Editor)
• A passion for numbers and the ability to derive trends and strategies.
• Ability to work very independently and solution-oriented.
• A high level of team spirit and a high level of hands-on mentality, initiative, and passion for our mission.
• Good at using MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate very well in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
